Situated so close to the coast you can smell the salt air, hear the seagulls, and the soil is basically beach sand. An exceptional year for Pinot in the area, this wine is surprisingly intense in color and extraction. This is no light bodied Pinot. Rich and layered, this wine offers myriad red fruits, baking spice, and forest floor character along with the signature Santa Maria Valley funky fresh vibe. 33% whole cluster, native ferment.
